Cancellation Policy
Online Guitar Lessons Terms and Conditions Lesson Structure and Scheduling: Lessons are conducted via Google Meet. Each lesson is 30 minutes and scheduled at a mutually convenient time. Students are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable and their equipment is functioning properly. Payment and Fees: The cost per lesson is £30. (pound sterling) Payments must be made in advance via payment system (PayPal payments must include the fee). Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Lessons canceled with less than 72 notice will be charged in full. In case of instructor cancellation, the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. Student Responsibilities: Students must have their own guitar and necessary accessories (e.g., tuner, picks, capo). Practice assignments will be given, and students are expected to practice regularly. Students must be prepared for each lesson with necessary materials and completed assignments. Instructor Responsibilities: The instructor will provide a structured and customised lesson plan based on the student’s goals and progress. The instructor will offer feedback and guidance to help the student improve. The instructor reserves the right to terminate lessons if the student fails to meet the required commitment or demonstrates inappropriate behaviour. Technical Requirements: Students need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone. A stable internet connection is required to ensure uninterrupted lessons. It sometimes helps to use headphones for better sound quality. Liability: The instructor is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise during the lesson. The student accepts all risks associated with using third-party platforms for the lessons. Privacy and Confidentiality: All personal information provided by the student will be kept confidential. Lessons may not be recorded without the explicit consent of both the student and the instructor. By proceeding with our online guitar lessons, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
